This is where the employee comes to learn: the course program on the left, the lesson itself opens on the right. The example below is the course “Working on a lathe”: 2 topics, 4 lessons and 1 quiz.
The admin builds the course program in the builder: topics, lessons, quizzes, order and access rules.
Optional: the button switches to the admin view, and you can return to the employee view at any time.
A lathe consists of the bed, the headstock with the spindle, the tailstock, the carriage and the apron. Before the shift the operator checks the chuck mounting, the presence of guards and the coolant level.
The admin builds a text lesson right in the WordPress editor: headings, lists, images, attachments. There is no separate builder to learn.
The clip sits on a separate video server and is attached to the lesson with a link. The site stays fast and heavy recordings do not clog the hosting. Playback is sped up in the demo.
If the employee closes the clip before the threshold, the lesson stays incomplete.
Attempts are counted automatically: the best result is the one that counts. The attempt limit, the passing score and whether the review is shown are set by the admin when creating the course.
The quiz is required: until it is passed, the course does not close and no certificate is issued.
Each item on the left is a separate question type: this is how the employee sees it during a quiz. Here is the full set available in our LMS. The quiz result goes into the attempt log — to the employee's account and to the manager's admin panel.
The question type, points, passing score, number of attempts and time are set by the admin in the builder: curriculum → quiz → edit.
Optional: the button switches to the admin view, and you can return to the employee view at any time.
Before the shift the operator checks the mounting and availability of , as well as the coolant level.
An image can be attached to any option: the admin uploads the picture when creating the question, the employee sees it right in the card and drags the whole card.
The platform installs onto your existing site. The menu on the left is clickable — walk through the sections as you would in a real panel.
This is the same panel where you edit the site pages. After the platform is installed, a “Training” section appears in the left menu — everything else stays as it was. No second services and no third-party accounts.
Next in the menu: “Training” — courses and employees, “Users” — accounts and roles.

A course is a record just like a site page. “View” shows the course through the employee's eyes; the three dots give “Edit” (opens the builder) and “Duplicate”. The green status badge expands — a course can be moved to draft, set to pending or thrown into the trash right away. The trash deletes the course together with its lessons, quizzes and completion results — irreversibly, which is why the system always asks again.

In an off-the-shelf LMS people are added one by one. This screen is our customization for a plant: a shift or a whole shop is enrolled in one action.
One button and an Excel workbook is ready: a sheet with the course summary, a sheet with all employees and a separate sheet for each course. Percentages are colored right away: green — completed, yellow — in progress, red — not started.
No manual exports and no pivot tables at night — the file is built from live platform data the moment you press the button.

The roles are ordinary WordPress roles. They control access and groups are enrolled by them.
Day-to-day work without entering the admin panel. The manager opens the company site, logs in with their account and immediately sees what is happening with training. In terms of features it is almost the same WordPress admin — courses, people, attempts, analytics — only moved onto the site so an employee is not loaded with an admin interface and extra permissions.

After logging in the employee immediately sees their learning counters and the cards of the courses they stopped at — with a cover, the number of completed lessons and the completion percentage.
The profile is the same WordPress account as for the site. There is no need to create separate logins for training.
Bookmarked courses are always at hand. The flag on the cover adds or removes a course from bookmarks.

The same as the “Courses” section in the admin panel, only on the site and in cards — whoever prefers it this way works this way.

The employee sees only the courses they were enrolled in. The tabs split them into active and completed; the card shows how many lessons are done and what percentage of the course is closed. The “Download certificate” button appears only when the course is fully completed.
The latest results across all shops. A detailed review of each attempt is in the full log.
Nothing found — change the filters.
The employee sees only their own attempts: date, course, quiz, points and result. The details show a question-by-question review and the instructor's note, if there is one.
Nothing found.
The list is limited to the employee: other people's attempts, shop filters and attempt deletion are available to the administrator only.

The profile is the same WordPress account as for the site: there is no need to create separate logins for training.
Clicking a notification takes you to what it is about — the course, the lesson or the quiz attempts. All of this is duplicated by email, and while the site is open in a tab the browser will ask for permission and show a pop-up.
This is an empty draft. Creating and editing a course is the same builder: fill in the title, assemble the program from topics, lessons and quizzes and press “Update” — the course appears in the catalog.

Whether your LMS needs this block is decided before the contract for building the system is signed — when we work out which blocks and course structure you actually need. After that the composition is fixed and is not switched manually.
A short course description — the employee sees it as the first block on the course page, before the curriculum.
What the employee sees on the course page before starting — the course description, what the training gives, what the materials include, the requirements and who the course is for. Each line of a field becomes a separate list item on the page.
The blank the employee receives after the course.
This is the same course you assembled in the builder. The “View” button in the course table and “Preview” in the builder open exactly this page.

The course prepares an employee for independent work on a lathe: the design of the assemblies, the start-up and shutdown sequence, basic operations from a drawing and safety requirements. All materials are split into short steps, each topic ends with a check, and the course ends with a quiz and a certificate.
Figured it out in one evening. The videos about start-up and shutdown were especially good — I used to do it on autopilot, now I understand why exactly this way.
Short steps are convenient: you do a topic at lunch, come back the next day and lose nothing.
To the point, no filler. I would like more examples on reading drawings.
The quiz at the end is fair: I failed the first time, rewatched the topic on protective equipment and passed.
The material is fine, but the video should be reshot closer up — small details are hard to see on a phone.
I sent the whole shift to the course. It is handy to see who stopped at which step.
The locks on lessons are not an access restriction but a completion order: the next step opens after the previous one. Press “Start learning” a few times and you will see the progress fill up and the certificate appear.
The quiz is passed and the platform immediately builds a personalized certificate: the employee's name, the course, the completion date, the logo and the manager's signature. The employee downloads it as PDF or JPG, and can send the credential link to anyone to verify it.
A stock template or a fully custom one: background and border, logo, signature and stamp, a set of fields — name, course, date, credential number. The admin sets this in their account: My Account → Certificate.
Optional: the button switches to the admin view, and you can return to the employee view at any time.
