The program spans 1 calendar year and comes in three formats — choose the one that suits your team.
In-person Format
The Hattatsu team travels to the partner's enterprise and delivers the training right on site. Participants work through cases based on their company's real situations in live interaction.
Online Format
Sessions via video conference with interactive assignments and case analysis. Fits flexibly into the work rhythm without interrupting production — 1 session per month.
Hybrid Format
Combines monthly online sessions with quarterly off-site events. Practical team-building workshops are held away from the office with full immersion.
