“Lean Production Basics” is a balanced package of theoretical knowledge and practical cases with step-by-step instructions for implementing Lean technologies.

Understand the Lean philosophy and tools: from 5S and standardization to organizing the value stream.

Apply Lean and Kaizen in local conditions

Adapt Asian methodologies to the national and geographic context of your company.

Work with the SEQCDDM system

Link improvement projects to the enterprise's business objectives through a priority system.

Initiate and lead improvement projects

Apply the PDCA cycle, find losses, form teams, and build results reporting.
Format

Program duration — 72 hours

The program spans 2 working weeks and comes in three formats — choose the one that suits your team.
Choose your training format

In-person Format

The Hattatsu team travels to the partner's enterprise and delivers the training right on the production site. Participants work through cases based on their company's real processes.

Online Format

Sessions are held via video conference with interactive assignments and case analysis. No travel required — it fits neatly into the team's work rhythm without interrupting production.

Hybrid Format

Combines distance learning with on-site practicums and events. The theory block is online; practice and workshops happen right at the enterprise.
